We need to output only HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: Job Description (mission), Key Responsibilities, Qualifications, Preferred Experience, Physical Requirements, About Us, About The Team. Also mention "Candidates must reside within the New Mexico territory." That's a requirement. We need to map to headings: About the role (maybe from Job Description), Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities), Qualifications (Qualifications + Preferred Experience?), Skills (maybe from qualifications like communication etc), Benefits (none explicit), Pay (none), Schedule (none). Physical Requirements maybe could be under Requirements? But we have no explicit Requirements heading; we could put Requirements as a heading for things like territory residence, degree, experience, etc. However we already have Qualifications. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose which to include. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not put Job ID etc. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate (EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, application instructions, navigation, cookie, legal). Also remove "About Us" and "About The Team"? Those are substantive but not in the list of headings. However we could incorporate them into About the role or maybe a separate section like About the Company? Not in allowed headings list but we could still use

for other headings? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "Use

for section headings (e.g. ...)". Likely they expect only those headings. But we could include About Us as a paragraph under About the role? Might be okay. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does not state pay, schedule, benefits. So we omit those. We need to include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need sections: About the role (from Job Description), Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities), Qualifications (Qualifications + Preferred Experience?), Skills (maybe from qualifications like communication etc). Requirements maybe from territory residence, degree, experience etc. But we have Qualifications already covering those. Could combine. We need to decide structure: Perhaps:

About the role

As a Sales Executive on the Mental Health team, your mission is to drive adoption of GeneSight’s pharmacogenomic testing and MyRisk/Hereditary Cancer testing by educating and supporting healthcare providers—primarily in mental health and primary care settings. You’ll play a key role in helping clinicians personalize treatment decisions and improve patient outcomes through precision medicine. Candidates must reside within the New Mexico territory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory-specific business plan to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, and other mental health professionals.
  • Deliver impactful clinical presentations and product education to drive utilization of GeneSight and MyRisk testing.
  • Attend local tradeshows, industry conferences and networking events.
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts through consultative, value-based selling.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including medical affairs, customer service, and marketing.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in CRM tools.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, pharmacogenomics, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field preferred; advanced degree a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience. Preferably in molecular diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare environment, particularly in mental health or psychiatry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
  • Working knowledge and application of HIPAA laws, privacy, and ethics surrounding patient privacy and information.
  • Demonstrated values and ethics that support Myriad's mission, goals, and professional code of conduct.
  • Ability to use discretion and professionalism as it relates to handling patient and physician information and documentation.

Skills

Maybe we can extract skills: communication, presentation, relationship-building, consultative selling, CRM usage, etc. But we already have those in qualifications. Could still create Skills section with those items. However we must not duplicate content? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplicating is okay as long as we preserve. But better to avoid duplication? Not prohibited. However we could keep Qualifications and maybe not have Skills separate. But we need to decide. We could include Skills as a separate heading with items like: Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building skills; Self-starter; Ability to work independently; Working knowledge of HIPAA; etc. That would duplicate some qualifications. Might be okay but could be considered redundant. The instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe better to combine qualifications and skills into one Qualifications section, and not create Skills. Thus we have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications. Also maybe Requirements? But we already have territory residence in About the role. Could also include Requirements like "Must live within the territory" but we already included. Could add a Requirements section for physical requirements? Physical Requirements are present but they are generic. They might be considered substantive? They describe lifting requirements, OSHA category III etc. That is specific content. Should we include a Requirements section for physical requirements? The heading "Requirements" is allowed. We could put physical requirements there. However the posting also has "Physical Requirements" subsection with bullet-like sentences. We should preserve that. Thus we could have:

Requirements

  • Lifting Requirements – sedentary to light work or exerting 10 to 20 pounds of force frequently.
  • Physical Requirements – stationary positioning, moving, operating, ascending/descending, communicating, and observing.
  • Use of equipment and tools necessary to perform essential job functions.
  • OSHA category III – normal routine involves no exposure to blood, body fluid, or tissue and as part of the employment, will not be called upon to perform or assist in emergency care or first aid.
But note the original text: "Physical Requirements Lifting Requirements – sedentary to light work or exerting 10 to 20 pounds of force frequently. Physical Requirements – stationary positioning, moving, operating, ascending/descending, communicating, and observing. Use of equipment and tools necessary to perform essential job functions. OSHA category III – normal routine involves no exposure to blood, body fluid, or tissue and as part of the employment, will not be called upon to perform or assist in emergency care or first aid." We need to preserve all substantive information. So we can keep those as list items. Now we also have "About Us" and "About The Team". Those are substantive but not covered by headings. Could we incorporate them into About the role? Might be okay to add a paragraph after About the role describing the company. However the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Adding a long About Us paragraph might be okay as part of About the role. But we must not lose that info. We could add a

after About the role that includes the About Us and About The Team content combined. However that might be mixing sections. Better to create a separate section like "About the Company" but not in allowed headings. The instruction didn't forbid other headings, just gave examples. It said "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we could still use other headings, but they want us to use h3 for sections. It's ambiguous. Safer to stick to the allowed headings and place the About Us/Team content within About the role or maybe as a separate paragraph without heading? But they said use h3 for section headings; they didn't say you cannot have paragraphs without heading. So we could have About the role heading, then a paragraph with the role description, then another paragraph with About Us/Team info (still under same heading? That would be weird). Better to create a separate heading like "About Myriad Genetics" but that's not in the list. However the instruction says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not an exhaustive list. So we could add other headings like "About the Company". I'd lean to include About Us and About The Team as a section maybe "About Myriad Genetics". But to be safe, maybe incorporate them into About the role as a paragraph after the role description. That would preserve info. Let's craft final HTML:
