About the role
We are seeking driven, high-energy professionals to join our growing team. This is a full-cycle sales role where you will build your own book of business, develop relationships with key decision-makers, and operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This is not a transactional sales role; this is about problem-solving, market awareness, and creating value for clients in real time.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage your own client portfolio through outbound outreach and inbound opportunities
- Develop relationships with procurement, supply chain, and executive-level contacts
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities as conditions shift
- Navigate and close complex, high-value transactions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless client experience
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and availability
What We’re Looking For

- Sales experience (cold calling or similar) is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000 base salary + uncapped commission
- Typical first-year earnings: $100,000–$125,000+
- Flat 10% commission on gross profit (no tiers or thresholds)

Work Environment
- Full-time, in-office role based in Houston, Texas
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST / 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST (includes a paid lunch break and afternoon break)
- Fridays: performance-based early release
