• Developing new business through outreach, cold calls, and relationship building
• Prospecting and researching market data and industry trends
• Attending networking and industry events
• Advising clients on real estate investment strategies
• Presenting marketing proposals and negotiating listings

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales, with a track record of building relationships
• Motivated, driven, and ready to build something of your own
• Coachable and open to training in a new industry
• A strong communicator who can open doors and earn trust
• Real estate license in the state where you will work (not required for the initial interview)

The anticipated annualized commission range for individuals in this role is: $0.00 to $500,000+. Actual earnings will depend on the number and size of completed transactions and may vary significantly from this range.
