Responsibilities

  • Possess and utilize CRM software to track sales activities and maintain client database
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics
  • Prospect new clients through cold calling, field visits, networking, and research
  • Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior B2B sales experience is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
