Responsibilities
- Possess and utilize CRM software to track sales activities and maintain client database
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics
- Prospect new clients through cold calling, field visits, networking, and research
- Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior B2B sales experience is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
