About the role

We are seeking a leader who is independent, goal-driven, and eager to solve problems and implement processes effectively. You will be trained on Neon's processes to enhance your efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize communication skills to build relationships with potential customers through both cold and warm outreach.
  • Qualify prospects and assist them in finding the best fit for their supply chain needs.
  • Maintain and update shipment information for customers from pickup to delivery.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of customers by strengthening relationships through visits and other means.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery for our customers.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Ability to qualify prospects and identify the best match for their supply chain needs.
  • Experience in monitoring and updating shipment information from pickup to delivery.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management and the ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
