Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach. Maintain an active pipeline of leads and regularly follow up with potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Understand client needs and offer product solutions that meet branding and marketing objectives. Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Process Execution: Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes. Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively.
  • Product Knowledge & Industry Insight: Stay up to date on trends in custom apparel, promotional merchandise, and marketing materials. Understand production timelines, decoration techniques (screen printing, embroidery, etc.), and product capabilities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Coordinate with the customer service team to support promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 13 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in custom apparel or promotional products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of industry platforms such as ASI, SAGE, or DistributorCentral.
  • Existing customer network in branded merchandise or apparel.
  • Experience with apparel decoration methods (screen printing, DTG, embroidery).
