Responsibilities
- Contact customers and prioritize your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
- Do appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service to our customers.
- Liaise with the back office and work colleagues through.
Requirements
- A current full UK manual driving license
- Experience of working in a target-driven environment
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Able to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
- Able to organize and prioritize own workload
- Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers
- Excellent administration and IT skills

About the role

Schedule
You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.
Pay
The salary is £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220).
