Responsibilities
- Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of branches.
- Contact customers and prioritize your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
- Do appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Liaise with the back office and work colleagues through.
- A current full UK manual driving license.
- Experience of working in a target-driven environment.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
- Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
- Able to organize and prioritize own workload.
- Able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
- Excellent administration and IT skills.
