About the role
Our Client specializes in restoring properties and rebuilding lives, delivering high-quality disaster restoration services for commercial and residential properties impacted by water, fire, and other losses.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and position Our Client’s services effectively
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams
- Present solutions professionally and confidently close business
- Maintain accurate CRM activity with daily updates
- Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure seamless execution
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements
- Persistent yet respectful; able to navigate tough conversations and provide constructive feedback
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships across all levels
- Strategic and organized approach to managing a sales pipeline
- Competitive, results-driven mindset with a “winner” attitude
- Prior experience in commercial and/or restoration business development preferred
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (required)
