About the role
IRIS Software Group is seeking a Sales Executive to join our dynamic North American sales team. Our journey in North America began in 2019, and we are rapidly growing. As a Sales Executive, you will drive revenue and build strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and executing winning strategies.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and discovery calls to align solutions with client needs.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
- Negotiate deals and build long-term client relationships.
- Stay ahead of market trends to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Salesforce and B2B sales is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience.
