You’ll Do

• Possess strong B2B sales skills and enjoy building long-term customer relationships
• Own the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, quoting, solution design, and close
• Provide accurate freight pricing while maintaining profitability
• Partner with team members to deliver reliable, end-to-end transportation solutions
• Position RJ Logistics as a trusted supply chain partner
• Manage activity, pipeline, and performance using CRM, TMS, and sales tools
• Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and margin goals

Requirements

Compensation: Starting at $50,000 base pay, plus unlimited performance-based commission. Total earnings are uncapped and directly tied to individual results.
