Responsibilities
- Grow the software pipeline and sales for Quva
- Work closely with the current sales force, SME, and broader commercial team to create leads, qualify those leads into deals, and close those deals
- Own and lead the end-to-end sales process, including generating qualified leads, securing meetings, conducting discoveries, mapping customer organizations, and preparing and delivering pricing proposals
- Manage a robust sales pipeline, achieving or exceeding annual quota by strategically managing the territory and prioritizing high-impact opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, implementation, product, and leadership teams to streamline sales processes and deliver client value
- Design and execute strategic engagement plans tailored to client needs and aligned with Quva’s go-to-market strategy
- Lead internal strategy sessions on target accounts to align with leadership, refine approaches, and optimize deal execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Professional work experience of 4+ years of successful solution sales to healthcare enterprises, including a provable track record of closing large contract values, managing long sales cycles within healthcare organizations, and selling solutions in the commercial healthcare market space with an emphasis on clinical workflow and technology services
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with senior-level C-Suite Executives
- High-level skill in Salesforce.com required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills (Excel), as well as PowerPoint is required
- Able to successfully complete a drug and background check
