Sales Executive

About the role

If you've built your career in home improvement, roofing, construction, or insurance-claims sales — and you're used to generating your own business, hitting real numbers, and getting paid for performance — this role is built for you. This isn't a lead-mill gig where you sit back and wait for the phone to ring. About half your week is spent building your own pipeline — door-to-door prospecting, referrals, and territory development — and the other half converting warm, company-generated leads from our in-house R3 marketing system. We hold you to clear, specific sales quotas and performance targets because we want people who are motivated by hitting numbers, not just staying busy.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own territory pipeline through direct prospecting and referrals
• Close high-quality, company-generated leads using our proven sales process and CRM
• Manage the full sales cycle — from inspection to insurance claim to signed contract
• Hit monthly quota and pipeline targets, so you always know exactly where you stand
• Receive full company training, coaching, and a real path to grow your career

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven, quota-driven outside sales success — home improvement, roofing, restoration, or insurance-claims experience preferred
• Comfort prospecting and building your own business — not just working leads handed to you
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Tech-savvy with CRM tools and mobile sales apps
