Position Description
As a Sales Executive, you are responsible for securing acquisition and brokerage engagements, sourcing inventory, leading active projects through closing, and maintaining a strong client portfolio through proactive communication and relationship management. Your work directly influences both the client experience and the continued success of the OGARAJETS brand.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with prospects, clients, and industry partners
- Identify and pursue opportunities for new business, inventory, and strategic partnerships
- Deliver The OGARA Experience—fair, easy, and efficient transactions
- Serve as the primary point of communication for all active engagements
- Promote all current inventory and acquisition projects within the industry
Key Metrics
- Inbound Engagements (incoming qualified opportunities)
- Outbound Engagements (proactive outreach activity)
- Possession Conversion Rate (prospect-to-client success rate)
- Annual Revenue Generation (total yearly sales impact)

Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience
- Direct experience in whole aircraft sales
- Strong financial capabilities (comfortable and confident with numerical analysis)
- Pilot certificate preferred
- Atlanta-region preferred or ability to spend meaningful time in our Atlanta offices
