Key Responsibilities

• Engage potential customers through cold outreach to build lasting partnerships.
• Qualify leads and guide prospects to the best supply chain solutions for their needs.
• Monitor shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring customers receive timely and accurate updates.
• Grow and manage your own book of business by nurturing strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to consistently deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Training & Onboarding

• 6 weeks of hands-on, classroom-style training covering logistics fundamentals, internal systems, and market analysis.
• A company-issued MacBook Pro and all the tools you need to hit the ground running.
• Sales coaching with a focus on relationship-building and solution selling.
