Sales Executive

IA Auto Parts and Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in Male', Hulhumale'.

About the role

The Sales Executive will promote and sell automotive spare parts, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The role requires excellent product knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell automotive spare parts to customers.
• Identify the correct spare parts based on vehicle details, chassis numbers, and model information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and workshops.
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up on inquiries.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
• Coordinate with the store team to ensure product availability.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns professionally.

Requirements

• O'Level qualification or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in automotive spare parts sales or a related field.
• Good knowledge of automotive spare parts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team.
