Sales Executive

About the role

Lloyd Skoda is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team in Carlisle. The role offers a basic salary with an estimated total earnings of £50,000.

Role Responsibilities

• Understand and adapt to the customer’s buying strategy and encourage them to experience the product through test drives, conducted by the Product Specialist.
• Agree on price and payment methods, including advising on financing options directly with the customer, adhering to company guidelines.
• Follow up with a personal phone call after each delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain contact with customers to build long-term relationships and future business.
• Plan and organize daily sales activities, such as calling potential sales prospects (both previous and existing customers or general inquiries).
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to provide a seamless service to customers.
• Participate positively in training and development opportunities to support the Group's goals and objectives.

• Strong work ethic and adaptable to change.
• Attention to detail and maintain good, accurate quality of work.
• Able to work to tight deadlines to achieve business needs.
• Able to react positively to organizational and market changes.
• IT literate (PC, Microsoft, and web literate).
• Holds a full UK driving licence.
