About the role

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to generate new business in the commercial and industrial HVAC service market. This role is focused on identifying prospects, building relationships, and securing preventive maintenance agreements with facility owners, property managers, plant managers, engineers, and other key decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients within the commercial and industrial HVAC service market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with facility owners, property managers, plant managers, engineers, and other key decision-makers
  • Secure preventive maintenance agreements and referrals from existing clients
  • Present company products and services to prospective clients
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and implementation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a similar industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Qualifications

    • Experience in the commercial and industrial HVAC service market
    • Knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance practices
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Passion for customer service and building long-term relationships

    Skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
    • Proficiency in CRM software
