Responsibilities

Sell & Grow Your Business
Proactively engage business owners within targeted franchise brands and industries
Leverage existing brand presence and familiarity to create warm entry points
Generate new opportunities through disciplined, consistent outreach
Present tailored solutions with confidence, clarity, and professionalism
Meet and exceed activity and sales goals through strong execution
Partner with underwriting and internal teams to move opportunities forward
Build and manage a pipeline through consistent outbound activity (calls, emails, networking)

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
Property & Casualty Insurance license or the ability to pass P&C exam within first 60 days
Track record of success
Strong communication skills
Ability to learn CRM tools
