About the role
This is an opportunity to join LEPAS at the beginning of a new franchise in Ribblesdale, helping to establish an exciting new automotive brand in the area. As a Sales Executive, you will manage enquiries, meet customers, understand their requirements, arrange test drives, present vehicles, and support customers throughout the purchasing journey.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys dealing with people, listens well, and believes a great sales experience is about helping customers make the right decision—not about pressure.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries and build genuine relationships
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Arrange and conduct test drives
- Present vehicles and guide customers through the purchasing process
- Support customers from initial contact to final sale
Requirements
- Professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous automotive sales experience is useful but not essential
