Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Minneapolis, MN. The Sales Executive will focus on developing and maintaining client relationships to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
- Building and executing sales strategies
- Delivering tailored marketing solutions to clients
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Leveraging ENPOINTE’s capabilities to address client needs and achieve results
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, account management, and relationship building
- Strong understanding of marketing solutions, including direct marketing, digital marketing, and print production
- Able to develop and implement effective sales strategies and meet targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales technology
- Experience in or knowledge of the print and marketing industry is a plus
Pay
Pay Range: This is a commission-based position with no territory restrictions and no commission caps. ENPOINTE offers the highest commission rates in the industry, and our Sales Executives earn between $140,000- $550,000 annually.
