Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen relationships with General Contractors, developers, building owners, and commercial real estate partners
- Generate direct-to-owner and negotiated mechanical project opportunities
- Identify and pursue HVAC/mechanical retrofit, replacement, tenant improvement, and capital project work
- Increase Nielsen Mechanical’s visibility and presence within the Denver construction market
- Possess strong communication, networking, and presentation skills
- Collaborate closely with operations, estimating, and leadership teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in commercial construction, HVAC, mechanical, or project-based sales
- Existing Denver-area GC and/or ownership relationships strongly preferred
- Understanding of commercial HVAC/mechanical systems and construction project delivery
- Experience developing negotiated project opportunities and relationship-driven business
- Strong organizational and follow-through abilities
- Ability to collaborate closely with operations, estimating, and leadership teams
