Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop new client leads and referrals, achieving specific monthly sales goals.
- Schedule and conduct client appointments to understand needs and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Close sales by building rapport, explaining services, overcoming objections, and negotiating contracts.
- Use and manage a CRM system to track client information, activities, and manage a list of prospective clients.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors to foster a positive work environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B inside and outside sales experience with a proven record of closing deals.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

- Strong organizational skills and a metrics-driven mindset with a competitive drive for success.
- Proven ability to close short-cycle B2B sales.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

- Ability to collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and accounting, to meet client needs.
Pay
$75,000 - $150,000 total targeted compensation, uncapped commissions, performance bonuses, car allowance, paid time off (PTO).
Schedule
Desk work involves constant sitting, occasional bending, standing, and frequent computer use. Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. may be required. Business casual dress code in an office environment.
