About the role

City Wide Facility Solutions of Jacksonville is seeking outgoing, dynamic individuals interested in developing a sales career to join our B2B sales team. Successful candidates will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a consistent work ethic. You will have the ability to work independently with minimal direction and will collaborate with Sales Executives and Account Managers to drive sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients through effective communication and customer service
  • Conduct outbound and warm calls to identify new sales opportunities and promote products
  • Utilize CRM software and Salesforce to track sales activities and manage customer interactions
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance business development efforts

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience in a B-to-B company
  • Demonstrated ability to meet performance goals
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong MS Office and CRM abilities
  • Outgoing and energetic, with a dynamic personality
  • Career-oriented, with a strong desire to win
