Role Overview

The Sales Executive will achieve sales targets, develop a strong client database, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Achievement: Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets, assist with special client requests, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture client relationships, partner with management and corporate team on CRM initiatives, and accurately capture and follow up on client data.
  • Daily Boutique Operations: Understand and comply with policies, assist with set-up and breakdown, participate in inventory and cycle counts, and perform special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, preferably with a College degree
  • Luxury Retail or Hospitality experience
  • Understanding of the luxury client experience and customer service
  • Computer proficiency: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with logistics and operations
  • Self-starter with a team-player approach
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods

Pay

Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.

Schedule

Flexible schedule to accommodate evening, weekend, and holiday work as needed.
