Role Overview
The Sales Executive will achieve sales targets, develop a strong client database, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Sales Achievement: Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets, assist with special client requests, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture client relationships, partner with management and corporate team on CRM initiatives, and accurately capture and follow up on client data.
- Daily Boutique Operations: Understand and comply with policies, assist with set-up and breakdown, participate in inventory and cycle counts, and perform special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, preferably with a College degree
- Luxury Retail or Hospitality experience
- Understanding of the luxury client experience and customer service
- Computer proficiency: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with logistics and operations
- Self-starter with a team-player approach
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods
Pay
Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
