Sales Executive
Job Summary
The Sales Executive is accountable for business development and sales growth within specified target vertical markets and serves as a teammate within a defined Sales Pod. This role builds and executes major account programs to maximize account revenues and develops new logo accounts from prospect to close.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop New Business (Approximate time spent - 35%): Prospect within targeted vertical markets to identify and qualify new opportunities. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of qualified prospects. Develop new logo accounts from prospecting through close. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Manage opportunities, forecasting, and customer activity using CRM. Demonstrate strong time and territory management skills.
- Grow Existing Accounts (Approximate time spent - 35%): Develop strategic account plans that increase revenue and strengthen customer relationships. Conduct quarterly business reviews with key customers to support planning and forecasting. Identify opportunities to expand Bolger's full range of services within existing accounts. Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Build Trusted Customer Relationships: Sell using a consultative Insight/Challenger sales approach. Understand customers' business objectives and recommend customized solutions. Build relationships with decision-makers at every level of the organization. Clearly communicate Bolger's unique value proposition through thoughtful presentations and strategic conversations.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Sales Pod teammates and cross-functional departments. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Assist team members as needed to ensure outstanding customer experiences.

Requirements
- Three or more years of successful B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record of prospecting, developing, and closing new business.
- Experience selling to enterprise, mid-market, and entrepreneurial organizations.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the commercial printing or print communications industry.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage sales opportunities and customer relationships.
- Experience working in continuous improvement environments.

Working Environment
This position operates primarily in a professional office environment, with occasional time spent in our manufacturing facility. The role may occasionally require standing, walking, using stairs, reaching, balancing, stooping, and kneeling. Frequent collaboration with internal departments and executive leadership is expected.
