What We Are Looking For
- Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities through cold outreach, e.g. cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn Inmail, DMs, Messenger, etc.
- Run the prospect through end to end sales cycle.
- Build and foster relationships with real estate agents and brokerages.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Negotiate property management agreements.
- Aid in onboarding new prospects.
- Work with exiting homeowners to retain homes in portfolio.
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
- Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job.
- Build and maintain professional networks.
- Meet with potential clients to determine their needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or a related field (3 years minimum of experience in luxury short-term vacation rental sales)
- Real estate license required
- Self-motivated with results-driven approach
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
