Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Credit Union market.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery meetings, product demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Credit Union executives and key decision-makers.
- Understand CU operational needs and position AiVantage solutions to address member engagement, service efficiency, and business goals.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and sales activities through CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and long-term client success.
- Stay informed on Credit Union industry trends, regulations, competitive solutions, and emerging AI technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling technology solutions to Credit Unions, banks, or financial institutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing long sales cycles.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with Credit Unions or within the financial services industry.
- Experience selling AI, SaaS, digital transformation, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Willingness to travel for CU conferences, industry events, and client meetings as required.
