Internship Experience
Join the MTS Systems Internship Program for a full‑time, paid summer internship located on‑site in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. You will work on a real‑world project from start to finish with a manager and mentor, attend networking events across MTS and ITW’s divisions, and participate in personal and professional development sessions as well as fun activities such as baseball games, happy hours, and summer sports leagues. At the end of the summer you will present your project to MTS business leaders.
Qualifications
- Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a 3.0 GPA or above
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Eager to learn with a proactive and positive attitude
- Leadership and teamwork experience (extracurricular, academic, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must be able to work onsite at the Eden Prairie, MN location
- Previous relevant internship experience preferred

Pay
$19.00 – $29.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
