About the role

RBC Bearings Incorporated is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineering Trainee to join their team in Houston, TX. This position offers an intensive 6-month training program focusing on bearing products, applications, selling methods, and effective communication techniques.

Responsibilities

• Sell RBC Bearings’ products directly to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and industrial distributors within a designated sales territory.
• Travel approximately 50% of the time within the assigned sales territory.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, or Business.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Initiative-driven with strong social and interpersonal skills to support external sales.
• Adaptable with professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales and sales training.
