Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by responding to technical enquiries and assisting with solution development
- Lead and support technical evaluations during pre-sales activities, including customer discussions and product demonstrations
- Understand customer technical and commercial requirements and translate these into tailored solutions
- Specify and configure solutions using Enatel products and approved third-party components
- Provide post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Deliver installation support, commissioning assistance, technical training, and documentation to customers as required
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to ensure successful customer outcomes
- Support the development and testing of customised or low-volume solutions where required
- Contribute to product improvement through feedback gathered from customer interactions and field experience
- Manage warranty-related activities, including product returns and root cause analysis
- Actively engage in responsibilities and initiatives to ensure a safe work environment
- Comply with and contribute to the continuous improvement of company policies, processes, and procedures
- Contribute to a collaborative and team-oriented workplace
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering, engineering, or other relevant technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in a technical sales, application engineering, or customer-facing engineering role
- Strong technical knowledge in power electronics, telecommunications, or related high-tech environments
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Strong customer focus with excellent relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytical thinking
- Ability to travel as required to support customers and projects
