About the role

The ideal candidate will have proven experience at:

  • Supporting technical aspects of the sales process such as product demonstrations, evaluations, proof of concepts, and pilots
  • Leading technical discussions to educate customers on Veryfi products and usage
  • Applying intelligent document processing to solve a variety of business issues
  • Analyzing and tuning performance of an Artificial Intelligence (AI) based solution
  • BUILDING THE FOUNDATION FOR DEEP AND LASTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE TECHNICAL CHAMPIONS WITHIN A CLIENT ORGANIZATION
  • Identifying and documenting the technical path to grow and expand customer usage over time
  • Capturing and communicating product feedback and industry requirements
  • The primary technical point of contact throughout the sales lifecycle and onboarding

Responsibilities

Drive sales win rates by providing technical expertise for qualifying calls, product demonstrations, evaluations, proof of concepts, and pilots.

Capture and document the technical needs and success factors throughout the sales process. Maintain detailed information in the CRM system.

Create & manage tickets in the issue management system to effectively address product feedback from prospects and sales blockers.

Lead customer kickoff & training sessions as part of onboarding.

Act as a communications liaison between prospects and Veryfi’s Sales, Technical Support, Development, and Leadership team.

Contribute to the content and continual improvement of tutorials, FAQs, and other materials.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a sales engineer in a B2B SaaS company
  • Accountability and personal organization are essential
  • Effective communications skills via email, phone, and online meetings
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive relationships with both customer facing teams and internal teams
  • Working knowledge of SaaS platforms and Application Programming Interfaces
  • Experience building and optimizing Customer Success processes is a plus
  • Experience with HubSpot, JIRA, and Confluence is a plus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Coding experience in Python and using APIs
