Sales Engineer

About the Role

Responsible for driving sales growth and providing technical support for the ACME Cryogenics division. Acts as the main contact for customer interactions, handling technical discussions, site surveys, and coordination of system installations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of cryogenic product lines and applications.
• Conduct site surveys, generate sketches, and assist with system sizing and installation planning.
• Create quotations tailored to customer needs, considering end-use applications.
• Provide technical support and manage projects through installation.
• Handle inbound sales leads, convert calls into sales, and collaborate with the inside sales team on quotations.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and make technical visits when needed.
• Assist with resolving customer issues and maintain accurate records and proposals in CRM.
• Monitor market activities, including pricing and new products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Cryogenics Engineering preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in cryogenics.
• Strong teamwork, project management, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively (50% or more).
• Ability to read blueprints is advantageous.
