Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to design cybersecurity solutions integrating the company’s data
- Assess client physical security needs and propose integrated solutions
- Conduct extensive product demonstrations to showcase solution benefits
- Lead customer proof of concept efforts to highlight product impact
- Provide training sessions to sales staff and clients on product best practices
- Work with product teams to relay customer feedback for enhancing functionality
- Mentor new team members on sales processes and customer relationship management
Qualifications
- 6+ years of hands-on technical experience in a related field
- Experience in conducting customer product assessments and managing complex systems
- Proficiency in data integration with third-party products
- Background in Enterprise or Cloud Security is preferred
- Strong presentation skills, capable of addressing teams up to C-suite level
- Relevant certifications like CISSP, CEH, or OSCP are a plus
