What You Will Do

  • Advising customers on implementation strategies, use cases, and product selection, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Translating customer requests and requirements into actionable development outcomes.
  • Staying up to date on evolving competitive products and market opportunities.
  • Owning and driving continuous service improvement plans and quality delivery across the tech stack.
  • Prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Partnering with the product team to refine go-to-market strategies, deliver solution architectures, and enhance client acquisition efforts.
  • Acting as a liaison between architects, engineers, and customers, translating complex business needs into technical solutions.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role at a SaaS company.
  • Developer skills including APIs and front-end technologies like JavaScript and React.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Experience translating customer requirements into actionable code for sprint pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills across diverse audiences.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with security frameworks, attack vectors, botnets, and online threats.
  • Strong solution architecture and engineering expertise (requirements gathering, problem-solving, and technical recommendations).
