Responsibilities
- Lead product demos and technical presentations to showcase the value to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor to prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to refine strategy, and provide customer insights.
- Create playbooks, and technical enablement materials.
- Provide feedback to improve the development of products and solutions based on customer interactions and industry trends.
- Build and scale the Sales Engineering function from the ground up, establishing the processes, frameworks, and best practices that will support future growth.
Requirements
- 4+ years as a Sales Engineer / Solution Engineer / Pre-Sales Engineer.
- Strong technical understanding in Cybersecurity, SaaS, or Cloud environments.
- Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into business value.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex technical topics.
- Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced early-stage environment.
