Sales Engineer
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals.
- Present equipment solutions to customers via Microsoft Teams or in person.
- Travel locally and nationally for sales calls as needed.
- Generate quotes and update stages of the sales cycle in the CRM and Quoting Program.
Requirements
- Experience in technical sales (1-3 years).
- Ability to read blueprints and CAD models.
- Proficiency in using CRM and Quoting Programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Essential Skills
- Experience in capital equipment sales (preferred).
- Hands-on experience or hobbies such as woodworking, working on cars, or home remodeling (beneficial).
Work Environment
- The role involves travel throughout the month, about 10-25%.
- The sales team is collaborative and reports to the Sales Manager.
Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $31.25/hr.
