Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training sessions to improve sales performance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with business goals
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in sales enablement or training
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
- Passion for continuous improvement and innovation
