This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets through territory planning and consultative selling
- Manage in-person and virtual customer engagements to build relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans that identify growth opportunities
- Lead customer onboarding, coordinate product implementation, and drive adoption of solutions
- Provide comprehensive support including product launches, order assistance, and sales training coordination
- Analyze sales data and trends to inform business insights and support forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are preferred
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in field sales or sales enablement within medical devices, infusion therapy, pharmaceuticals, or clinical nutrition
- Demonstrated success in growing business within a defined territory and managing complex procurement processes
- Strong customer management and communication skills across multiple stakeholder groups
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms like Salesforce, and business analytics tools
- Solid organizational and project management skills, adept at navigating a fast-paced environment
Pay
$129,000 – $150,000 annually
