Responsibilities
- Create and maintain training materials, onboarding paths, certification programs, and learning resources that drive consistency across teams.
- Lead or support internal and external training sessions, including client onboarding, product deep dives, and continuing education.
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Client Solutions, and Strategy to translate product updates and roadmap priorities into clear enablement content.
- Help shape Yahoo DSP messaging by vertical, client type, and use case so teams can tell a consistent and compelling story in market.
- Organize and distribute enablement materials through relevant systems and tools, and track adoption, certification, and training success metrics.
- Identify opportunities to incorporate AI into enablement workflows, training experiences, and go-to-market processes to improve scalability, efficiency, and team readiness.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, client enablement, product marketing, sales training, client solutions, ad tech, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of DSPs, programmatic advertising, and the digital advertising ecosystem; Yahoo DSP experience is a strong plus.
- Comfortable presenting to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders in both virtual and in-person settings.
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex product concepts.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder needs.
- Self-starter who is comfortable building structure, solving problems, and moving work forward with limited direction.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience working across Sales, Client Solutions, Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams.
- Curious about emerging AI tools and workflows, with an interest in applying AI to improve enablement, training, communication, and operational efficiency.
