Sales Enablement Specialist
Gradial is the marketing operations system of work that helps marketers and creatives move from idea to execution faster. Our platform orchestrates across martech stacks, workflows, and people to automate marketing execution, cutting execution time so marketers can focus on the work only humans can do: shaping brands, understanding customers, and creating the work that moves people. Backed by leading investors, we’re building software that adapts to the user, not the other way around. We move with urgency, operate with ownership, and solve hard problems from first principles.
About the role
As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will help marketers, partners, and internal teams build the confidence to work differently with AI agents. You will turn Gradial’s product capabilities into clear training, credible demos, and practical resources that help people understand not only how the platform works but how it can give marketers more time for higher-value work. This role sits across Gradial University and Sales Enablement, helping customers, partners, new hires, and AEs learn, demonstrate, and operate the platform with confidence.
You will bring direct empathy for the realities of modern marketing, including manual production work, fragmented tools, and workflows that pull teams away from strategy and creativity. By translating technical concepts into useful learning experiences and strong product stories, you will help Gradial’s ecosystem adopt new ways of working and prepare for the agentic era.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain training modules, quizzes, and hands-on Proofs across Gradial University learning journeys for marketers, content operations teams, and optimizers
- Draft clear lesson content, product walkthroughs, and certification materials that make technical concepts easy to understand and apply
- Produce and update training videos, guided demonstrations, and release-based recertification content as the product evolves
- Create and refresh demo scenarios, scripts, and workflows that help AEs lead credible, product-grounded conversations
- Develop prospect-facing enablement assets including one-pagers, guides, and short videos that support sales conversations
- Manage content organization and publishing within the LMS, ensuring materials remain accurate, accessible, and current
- Coordinate reviews with product owners, subject-matter experts, sales leaders, and marketing partners
- Track learner feedback, AE readiness, completion rates, and demo usage to identify practical improvements
- Flag stale or inconsistent materials and drive updates that keep enablement aligned with the product
- Collaborate across product, sales, marketing, and partnerships to ensure the story we teach matches the experience we deliver
Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in marketing, marketing operations, or a closely related role
- Direct understanding of the repetitive, manual work that limits marketers and reduces time available for strategic and creative work

- Comfort learning software quickly and working directly in the product to build training and run demos
- Strong organization and follow-through across multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines
- Ability to turn product knowledge into practical learning experiences and sales-ready materials
- Collaborative working style with the confidence to gather input, coordinate reviews, and move work forward
- Curiosity about AI and how marketing teams adopt new tools, workflows, and operating models
- Genuine interest in using AI in everyday work and rethinking existing processes around new capabilities
- Willingness to work hands-on across both strategic planning and day-to-day content production
Skills
- Experience building training, onboarding, certification, or sales enablement content
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, authoring tools, or video creation and editing workflows
- Hands-on experience with martech, CMS, or automation platforms such as Sitecore, Salesforce, or HubSpot
