Sales Enablement Specialist
You're the reason DuraServ’s sales team closes more deals. As the Sales Enablement Specialist, you build the training infrastructure, drive Dynamics 365 adoption, and equip a national sales organization to perform at the highest level.
About the role
DuraServ’s sales organization spans nine regions—outside sales representatives, GC reps, residential sales professionals, and branch leaders—all relying on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and standardized sales processes to manage relationships, develop quotes, forecast accurately, and close business. When technology and processes are adopted well, the sales team performs. When they’re not, gaps appear in the pipeline. As the Sales Enablement Specialist, you close those gaps.
You design and deliver training that drives Dynamics 365 adoption and builds sales process fluency. You coach reps on Power BI dashboards and data-driven decision-making. You develop eLearning modules, job aids, and SOPs that reinforce learning long after training ends. You collaborate with Sales Leadership, Operations, IT, and Talent Management to ensure the sales technology ecosystem works for the people who use it—not the other way around.

- Train sales representatives on standardized sales processes—customer management, opportunity management, quoting, forecasting, and sales workflows—to ensure consistent execution across the organization.
