Sales Enablement Professional

About the Role

Design, develop, and deliver sales enablement programs that improve seller productivity and effectiveness. Create and facilitate onboarding experiences, boot camps, workshops, and recurring enablement programs. Support proposition activation and seller readiness initiatives aligned to business priorities. Develop role-based learning paths and performance support materials. Reinforce sales methodologies, CRM adoption, account planning, and customer growth practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience developing training programs, communications, or sales content.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience using CRM platforms, collaboration tools, and AI-enabled productivity solutions.

Pay

• U.S. full-time compensation range: $55,200 to $99,240 (actual compensation may vary depending on geography, job-related skills and experience; part-time roles adjusted accordingly).
• California (San Francisco Bay Area): $66,240 to $119,040
• California (All Other): $60,720 to $109,200
• Colorado: $55,200 to $99,240
• Massachusetts: $55,200 to $109,200
• New York City: $66,240 to $119,040
• Washington: $60,720 to $109,200
• Washington DC: $60,720 to $109,200
• Eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program (sales commission eligible roles may participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of bonus).
