About the role
This is a hands-on role for a motivated college student joining the GTM Enablement team at CentralReach. The role involves supporting the team in keeping sales reps informed, prepared, and equipped to have great conversations with prospects and customers.
Responsibilities
- Help maintain and organize sales enablement content on our content platform (Highspot)
- Support the team in building training materials, one-pagers, and reference guides for the sales team
- Aid in research, competitive tracking, and content updates as new products and campaigns launch
- Coordinate logistics for internal training sessions and team communications
- Take notes, track action items, and follow up on open tasks across active projects
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong writing and organizational skills
Curious, proactive, and comfortable asking questions
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Interest in sales, marketing, or go-to-market strategy
