About the role

The Sales Enablement Coordinator will support the sales team in developing and executing training programs, creating sales collateral, and managing sales enablement resources.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales effectiveness
  • Create and manage sales collateral materials
  • Manage and maintain sales enablement resources
  • Support sales meetings and events
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales enablement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations or related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience with sales enablement tools and platforms
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
