Sales & Education Advisor - Pinnacle Hills + Little Rock, AR (Freelance)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced beauty advisor passionate about the clean color category and safe, performance-driven ingredients. This role will serve as an example and advocate of the ILIA lifestyle and a champion of our in-store presence and client experience. Strong communication skills are critical, enabling you to educate store teams on our unique point of difference. This role is open to candidates located in the Pinnacle Hills & Little Rock, AR metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals through store visits, events, and relationship building.
• Coordinate store visit schedules with your manager and strategize plans to achieve sales goals and execute corporate initiatives.
• Create a monthly calendar to support focus doors and achieve sales goals.
• Demonstrate superior selling skills with a proven ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Deliver effective and engaging training that drives consistent sales results.
• Build relationships, drive sales, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Partner with store and brand field leadership to ensure successful new store openings.
• Educate store teams on hero products to increase their ability to recommend products and drive retail sales.
• Develop brand advocates by training store teams on key selling and service behaviors that drive sales and build client loyalty.
• Track and monitor event sales impact and initiate innovative ways to drive retail results.
• Train all retail associates, inter-sell associates, and freelancers on brand products and selling skills needed to achieve sales goals.
• Activate and maintain a store visit calendar, recapping successes, opportunities, and action plans post-visit in T-Sheets.
• Provide detailed weekly recaps of business opportunities, callouts, and celebrations.
• Communicate regularly with your manager via status calls and prepare updates as directed.
• Collaborate with store leadership and your manager regarding brand opportunities.
• Communicate stock concerns to your manager and retailer partners to support business.

Requirements

• Must have a reliable form of transportation.
• 2+ years of beauty industry experience as a professional makeup artist or brand ambassador.
• Currently live in the Pinnacle Hills & Little Rock, AR metropolitan area.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Exceptional time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work on your feet for 6-8 hours.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Sephora training and selling experience with established relationships (preferred).
• Passion for the Clean Beauty Category (preferred).

Pay

Base rate: $25-27/hour. The hourly rate offered will consider your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
