Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle sales from lead generation to closing
- Develop and execute a repeatable B2B SaaS solution selling strategy
- Create processes and KPIs for pipeline growth and sales forecast accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on go-to-market strategies
- Create business plans for key customers and account management programs
- Cultivate relationships with partners to enhance sales reach
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Coach and develop sales team for individual and team growth
Qualifications
- BA/BS in a technical field; MBA is a plus
- Over 10 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, exceeding quotas above $20MM
- At least 2 years of experience in GTM strategies for AI and data products
- Deep understanding of B2B software solutions selling to large enterprise accounts
- Proven leadership in scaling sales teams and revenue growth in the B2B SaaS sector
- Knowledge of value-selling techniques and ROI metrics
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven sales opportunities
