Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle sales from lead generation to closing
  • Develop and execute a repeatable B2B SaaS solution selling strategy
  • Create processes and KPIs for pipeline growth and sales forecast accuracy
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on go-to-market strategies
  • Create business plans for key customers and account management programs
  • Cultivate relationships with partners to enhance sales reach
  • Identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Coach and develop sales team for individual and team growth

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in a technical field; MBA is a plus
  • Over 10 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, exceeding quotas above $20MM
  • At least 2 years of experience in GTM strategies for AI and data products
  • Deep understanding of B2B software solutions selling to large enterprise accounts
  • Proven leadership in scaling sales teams and revenue growth in the B2B SaaS sector
  • Knowledge of value-selling techniques and ROI metrics
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven sales opportunities
