• Market Expansion & Leadership: Fully drive business development in the U.S. market, especially in Bay Area for the above-mentioned sectors. Develop new clients, manage key accounts, achieve sales targets, and enhance market share.
• Strategy & Execution: Conduct market research, formulate regional sales strategies, and oversee the entire sales cycle—including negotiation, contract signing, order fulfillment, and payment collection.
• Stakeholder Management: Align with client needs, collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions, and actively participate in industry exhibitions and business events to expand partnership resources.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional work experience, with at least 5 years of sales experience in the energy storage, robotics, or data center industry.

Language: Proficiency in English (fluent in verbal and written business communication).

Competencies: Deep understanding of the energy storage, AI data center, and liquid cooling industries. Excellent business development and negotiation skills. Target-oriented, global cross culture teamwork, Ability to adapt to a high-frequency travel schedule.
