About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Sales Hunter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Finance, Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services sectors, with a focus on business development, relationship management, and client advisory within these markets. The role involves sourcing, nurturing, and closing new clients, particularly in the Financial Services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Hunting: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients, with a focus on Financial Services industries.
  • Originate and nurture business relationships resulting in engagement opportunities.
  • Present BairesDev's unique value proposition tailored to the needs of potential clients' senior executives.
  • Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients.
  • Project Management: Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions that satisfy client's needs and achieve their desired business outcomes.
  • Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets and business goals.
  • Plan resources, organize and mobilize teams (including solution design, UX, technical, engagement management, staffing, and delivery teams) throughout the complex sales cycle.
  • Understand and assist in managing and mitigating key risks through tactical plans and actions.

Requirements

  • A sales expert passionate about selling technology solutions.
  • Strong experience in business development, institutional sales, relationship management, or client advisory within the financial services sector.
  • Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and Enterprise accounts within financial services or institutional markets.
  • Excellent understanding of the Financial Services industry, including key players, strategies, client structure, business models, sub-verticals, needs, challenges, and key trends.
  • Demonstrated strategic, creative, and analytical approach with a focus on initiating and building client relationships.
  • Must have a strong understanding of financial systems, regulatory compliance technology, trading platforms, and technological challenges commonly faced in the financial services industry.
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
  • Native English or fully bilingual (English).

Qualifications
