About the role
The Sales Director will lead the sales efforts for our financial technology solutions in the Dallas, TX market. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform sales strategies.
- Present product offerings to potential clients and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the financial technology industry.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and market share.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team and delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
